Over the years we amassed a fair number of awards. The recognition is great and the advantages are numerous, but we are not really trophy hunters. We go after the ones that matter. And the Great Taste Award arguably matters the most.
The Guild of Fine Foods was established in 1992 as a journal dedicated to the promotion of the highest quality, gourmet foods. It operates as an industry journal and developed and promoted both the Great Taste Awards and the World Cheese Awards. The latter ones are in a world of their own, but the Great Taste Awards judge foods exactly to our standards, almost to a perfect fit. This award we just received, as well as the one in 2015 just as we started out, marks Nata Pura as a high-end product of unassailable quality. It is a gold standard for our brand.
The Singapore and The Superior Taste awards we have received in the past are just as prestigious, but the competition just isn’t as numerous, or as fierce. Almost fifteen thousand brands competed in 2020 for the Great Taste Awards, and that is our greatest honor: we have the most prestigious standard of quality
