Aiming to meet the uniqueness of the traditional pastel de nata, the Nata Pura Vegan brings a new twist to the 3-century-old recipe of its sister.
Plant-based, dairy and lactose-free, GMO-free, cholesterol-free, trans-fat-free, and with a higher protein value (8%) of the standard original nata.
To promote transparent and clear business transactions as well as ensure the
safety of our final consumers, our natas are IFS (International Featured Standards).
The Nata Pura Vegan is pre-baked and blast frozen for transport and storage.
Storage must be kept at a temperature of -18ºC. The cold chain has to remain unbroken during transport.
While in frozen storage, the product has a shelf-life of 12 months.
It should be prepared still frozen, no defrosting needed. After baking at the point of sale, it should be consumed within 48 hours.

Product preparation is a fast and easy process:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 230ºC/450ºF;
2. Put the natas directly in the oven for 10 minutes without defrosting;
3. Depending on the oven it may take a few more minutes;
4. Once the filling starts to rise, creating a dome, you will know they are ready;
5. Take the natas out of the oven and remove the tins;
6. Let them rest and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
