C.O.D | PORTUGUESE CODFISH CAKE
From grandma’s kitchen to the world
Every Portuguese remembers the smell of codfish cakes being fried in the kitchen – grandmothers shaping them delicately with two spoons, passing down a recipe made of care, simplicity, and flavour. Our bolinho de bacalhau brings that warm, nostalgic moment to your table – a celebration of tradition with a contemporary touch. Crafted with premium atlantic codfish, fluffy potatoes, and fresh herbs, this golden delight is crispy on the outside and irresistibly soft on the inside.
A culinary legacy with centuries of history!
Codfish has been a cornerstone of Portuguese cuisine since the Age of Discoveries when it became a staple of preservation and resilience. Over time, the bolinho de bacalhau was born – a humble yet iconic bite that crossed generations and geographies.
